The aim of a housing needs survey is to collect accurate, up-to-date information relating to the parish about housing needs and feelings around quality of life.
This information can be used in a number of ways, but perhaps the most relevant is to identify any requirement for a small scale housing scheme to meet local needs, as specified in Warwick District Council’s Local Plan.
The current plan was released in July 2019 and will be updated every 3 to 5 years depending on perceived pressures in the parish.
