Flag raised to thank NHS, Social Care and Frontline Workers

To celebrate the 73rd Birthday of the NHS and its staff as well as Social Care and Frontline workers, Warwick District Council Chairman Neale Murphy raised a thank you flag in recognition of their dedication and commitment, at Leamington Town Hall on Monday 5 July.

The first NHS, Social Care & Frontline Workers’ Day is a celebration and recognition of the hard work carried out by essential workers during the pandemic, and to remember those who have lost their lives in the service of others.

The Chairman was accompanied by Anne Coyle, Managing Director of South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and the Mayor of Royal Leamington Spa, Cllr Susan Rasmussen.
