Need help planning or sharing your event for the coronation weekend?
There are already excited and expectant murmurings in our community about the upcoming Coronation weekend from, 6th to 8th May. You may have already heard about the national plan for the weekend:
Saturday – Coronation of King Charles III
Sunday – The Coronation Concert and The Big Lunch
Monday – The Big Help Out
Got plans?
The Parish Council is in touch with individuals and local groups who are already hatching plans for the weekend. We will use the parish website and local Facebook pages to share news of these and coordinate these emerging plans.
If you are planning a local event and want us to spread the word or need planning assistance, then please contact us via coronation@bishopstachbrook.com.
The Big Lunch
You may be considering a street party in your locality. Can we help you with arranging your road closure? Are you organising an event that we can help publicise?
The Big Help Out
This day provides an opportunity for us to volunteer in our local community, either on the day to get jobs done, help our neighbours, or launch longer term projects as a legacy.
Please share any ideas you have via coronation@bishopstachbrook.com and we will help you bring these to fruition.
