Monthly volunteer session to keep our Parish maintained
Parish Working Party
Bishop’s Tachbrook Parish Council organises a monthly working party of volunteers who dedicate one Saturday morning each month to tasks within the Parish that fall outside the responsibilities of the District or County Councils. These tasks include tidying the churchyard, clearing footpaths, maintaining the BMX track, rewilding, and tree planting.
We understand that everyone has busy lives, and there is no obligation to attend every month. However, any help is always greatly appreciated. We aim to build a strong team of volunteers to ensure consistent support each month.
While our efforts have traditionally focused on the village, as the Parish grows, we are keen to expand our volunteer base and activities to cover the wider Parish.
Please contact Paul Gillman or the Parish Clerk if you notice areas in the Parish that you think the working party can help maintain or if you want to learn more about volunteering & helping to keep our Parish looking its best.
