An outline planning application is being prepared by Frampton Town Planning Ltd on behalf of Bryer Estates Ltd for the proposed development of up to 750 new homes (both private and affordable), a primary school, community hall, convenience store and public open space at land at Park Farm, Warwick (at the junction of A452 Warwick By-pass and A425 Banbury Road).
A virtual consultation has been arranged and residents are invited to view the proposals online via the Frampton website from 12 noon on Monday 6th October 2025 until midday on 20th October 2025.
