Proposed new raised table on Mallory Road

Warwickshire County Council proposes, under sections 90A & 90G of the Highways Act 1980, to install one new raised table on Mallory Road, Bishops Tachbrook at the proposed position as described in more detail in the Schedule below.

A plan showing the length of road affected, together with a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing this measure, may be inspected at:-

Any objections or representations to the proposals, which must be in writing and specify the grounds on which they are made, should be addressed to Ross Corben, Communities, PO Box 43, Shire Hall, Warwick, CV34 4SX or send by email to

rosscorben@warwickshire.gov.uk. (Objections, representations, and the name of the objector or person making a representation, will normally be treated as public information and may be published.
