Gentle class designed for improving flexibility, mobility and mindfulness. Ideal for all abilities.
Amanda has mats available to borrow and yoga blocks.

The classes provide a friendly & encouraging high intensity interval training session.
50 minutes of exercise and 10 minutes of recovery & stretching.
It’s a great way to improve one’s general fitness.
Classes run by Tony Foster a qualified KB Instructor
Cost £6 per session
Please bring KB (some are kept in stock please ask) an exercise mat, a towel and water.
