Temporary closure of A452 Banbury Road and B4100 Banbury Road, Bishop’s Tachbrook

Effect of Order A452 Banbury Road and B4100 Banbury Road closed to vehicular traffic between M40 Jct 13 southbound slip road and the B4087 Newbold Road.
Reason for Order Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, overnight for 6 nights 20.00-06.00hrs.
Order Effective from: 26 September 2022 for up to 18 months or until works are completed, whichever is the sooner.
Anticipated Completion Date: 2 October 2022.
Access & Diversion: An alternative route will be signed via A452, Harbury Lane, B4455 Fosse Way, B4100 Banbury Road and vice versa.

Access to M40 southbound slip-road will be maintained for traffic travelling from Mallory Road direction only.
There will be no exit from the M40 at Junction 13 – traffic will be diverted via Jct 15 Longbridge Island, M40 southbound to Jct 14 and the A452.
