Wellbeing Walks in Warwick District
Rambler’s Wellbeing Walks are England’s largest network of health walks, helping people across the country lead a more active lifestyle and meet local people in their area.
Walking is one of the simplest and most effective forms of exercise you can do, and it’s easy to get started with 15 local walks in Warwick District. The walks are led by volunteers from the local community, who help people enjoy moderate exercise while making new friendships and reducing social isolation.
- New walks have recently been established in Lillington, including:
- A morning walk to suit parents finishing the morning school run.
An evening walk. - A ‘beginners and buggies walk’ aimed at those wanting to improve their health and mobility at a gentle pace and with support.
