Creative Quarter regeneration plans given green light

Ambitious plans to regenerate the Old Town area of Leamington Spa as a new Creative Quarter have taken a giant leap forward, with approval given by Warwick District Council’s Planning Committee for the conversion of three landmark buildings in and around Spencer Yard.

The decision means that work can start later this year to transform the Grade II listed United Reformed Church, the former Nursery and Dole Office into exciting and vibrant new workspaces for the digital and creative sectors, whilst retaining their original features and historic significance to the area.
