PC Mark Young attends community speed watch

The Bishops Tachbrook Community Speedwatch Team were pleased to welcome PC Mark Young along to this morning’s session. He joined our volunteers monitoring speeds on Mallory Road whilst the local children were making their way to school.

His visible presence certainly had the desired effect & the team recorded only a single driver in excess of the limit. A couple of the youngsters were especially pleased to see him as they both want to join the police when they leave school. We certainly have some great police officers serving our community & we were very appreciative they could spare some time to support us today
